I am Luminda Gunawardhana, a researcher at Tohoku University, Japan. I belong to the Department of Civil Engineering and working under the supervision of Prof. So Kazama at Hydro Environmental System Laboratory. My general research interests include hydrogeology and anthropogenic effects on water resources. Currently, my personal researches are focused on the impacts of urbanization and climate change on groundwater temperature. I am also involved with a project for Comprehensive Projection of Climate Change Impacts in Japan (S-8).
